Chicha morada

Ingredients

  • 2 purple cobs
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 lemons
  • 4 cups of water
  • peel of 1 pineapple
  • 1 cup sugar

Preparation

Boil the cobs with the cinnamon sticks and pineapple peels. Once it is ready (purple) add the juice of the lemons and the sugar.

Allow to cool and serve cold.
