Due to the current sanitary contingency, we would like to inform you that if your trip is cancelled due to border closure or COVID infection, it will not be reimbursed, but penalties will not be applied. 
Your trip is frozen, you will have 365 calendar days from the day of purchase to reschedule your trip. Differences in rates due to seasonal changes or new dates chosen shall be borne 100% by the passenger. 
If the service provider has policies different from those described above, we will provide the relevant information at the time of evaluating the case. 
It is important to provide within 24 hours of infection the laboratory test confirming your infection in order to proceed with cancellations. 


The user acknowledges that all the content of this website, such as trademarks, logos, drawings, slogans, appearing on the website, is protected by intellectual property rights, expressly reserved by or, failing that, by the persons or companies listed as authors or holders of the rights contained herein. ASTUVIAJE GOURMET accepts any and all obligations or prohibitions imposed by law, in relation to the exclusion or limitation of its professional liability in compliance with this website.

Astuviaje Gourmet, is subject to the liability regime established by law 300/96, D. R. 1075/97, Decree 2438 of 2010. The responsibility of the organizer of this plan or package tour is limited to the terms and conditions of the program in relation to the provision and quality of services, the agency assumes no liability to the user for the air transportation service, except in the case of chartered flight.

Refund policies for services not rendered due to force majeure or acts of God, not attributable to the travel agency, before or during the trip, which may be subject to refund, will be defined by each operator and will be confirmed to the user once the travel documents are booked and issued, as well as the percentages of penalties or deductions. Astuviaje Gourmet is not jointly and severally liable for sums claimed for reimbursement. Reimbursements will be made within 30 calendar days following the request. However, in the event that the process takes longer for reasons beyond the control of Astuviaje Gourmet, Astuviaje Gourmet will not recognize any interest on the amounts to be reimbursed.

The agency assumes no responsibility to the user or traveler for events such as accidents, earthquakes, climatic or natural phenomena, denial of entry permits or visas, legal matters of the traveler, and any other case of force majeure or fortuitous event that may occur before or during the trip.

In case of force majeure or fortuitous event before or during the trip, or simply in order to ensure the success of the plan, the operator and/or the agency may modify, replace or cancel itineraries, dates, flights, hotels, optional services, which is now accepted by the passenger at the time of purchasing the services.

Likewise, the specific conditions of each plan will define the form of payment and term. The value and method of payment of deposits or advances, tickets, reservations, will be subject to the conditions of the organizer of such events, which will be informed at the time of purchase.

The passenger will be exclusively responsible for the custody of his/her luggage and travel documents. Astuviaje Gourmet will inform the passenger of the restrictions established by the airlines in terms of prohibitions, maximum weight and number of pieces per passenger, people allowed in the attractions or tourist sites, limitations or impediments of access by maximum quota. However, it is the sole responsibility of the passenger to comply with such policies.

All additional information regarding validity, conditions, departure taxes in Colombia and abroad, taxes, fees, charges and other mandatory payments must be consulted with the travel consultant at the time of booking, and the passenger will be informed in the travel documents.

Under the law of withdrawal according to Article 47 of the Consumer Statute which clearly states that to withdraw from the purchase of a trip the user has 5 business days after the purchase to activate the right of withdrawal, we inform you that once these days have passed the passenger has no right of appeal to the same and the penalties that operator, hotel, tours and services in general purchased for the trip have been issued.

It is also important to clarify that in the case of promotional programs, the law of withdrawal does not apply and the company’s cancellation penalties apply.

The following cancellation penalties apply to gourmet travel programs:

30% of the total amount of the reservation when the reservation is withdrawn after the reservation is confirmed and guaranteed. (after the 5 working days of the withdrawal law if this is not a promotional rate)

50% of the total amount of the reservation when the reservation is withdrawn 30 working days or less before the trip begins.

100% of the total amount of the reservation when the reservation is cancelled 8 business days or less prior to the start of the trip.

Once the trip has started, there is no right to partial reimbursement of the agreed services that are not used by the passenger.

When the passenger requires complete advice on the destination and does not reach the stage of purchasing the plan, 1.5% of the total amount of the trip quoted and advised will be charged.

When the passenger requires advice from a session, either for visa processing, destination, aeronautical process, travel with pets, among others, will have a cost of $100,000.

For consultations that take more than one session, the fees of the professional attending the request must be verified.

All prices, tariffs, taxes, fees or contributions, presented in the newsletter, our website:, astuviaje gourmet social networks or quotation are subject to change, availability and validity without prior notice, which must be assumed by the passenger at the time of issuance of travel documents. Restrictions and conditions apply for each published rate according to its validity, hotel rates depend on the selected accommodation. The client and/or the agency declares that he/she is aware of and fully accepts these conditions.

Astuviaje Gourmet is committed to the Code of Conduct against child sexual exploitation and violence and in compliance with articles 16 and 17 of Law 679 of 2001, warns about the legal consequences of sexual exploitation and abuse of minors.


For the reservation of any program a deposit equivalent to 30% is required as a guarantee for your reservation. Full payment is due 15 days prior to departure, or depending on the program and the conditions of the operator at destination. 


  • Services not used are non-refundable once the trip has begun.
  • Prices for land services are subject to change with the prior authorization of the National Tourism Corporation.
