Lentil dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of lentils
  • 1 kilo of sugar
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 coconut
  • cinnamon and cloves to taste

Preparation

The lentils are cooked. Once they are ready, they are blended and strained, then put back on the fire with the milk, cloves, cinnamon, sugar and grated coconut.
