And from the field in each destination has allowed me to meet and work with different indigenous ethnic groups, communities, local chefs, connoisseurs of flagship drinks and most important of all, the doors of different houses in each visited region have been opened to allow me to live as them, know their stories, their flavors, knowledge and secrets behind the stove.
Each destination is totally exciting when it is lived with the 5 senses and it is my mission through my company to make the world and its flavors known.
