Chicha morada

Ingredients 2 purple cobs 3 cinnamon sticks 4 lemons 4 cups of water peel of 1 pineapple 1 cup sugar Preparation Boil the cobs with the cinnamon sticks and pineapple peels. Once it is ready (purple) add the juice of the lemons and the sugar. Allow to cool and serve cold.

Ingredients 1 cup milk cream 1 cup arequipe 2 cups of soursop without peel Vanilla essence to taste Cinnamon to taste Preparation Mix the cream, arequipe, cinnamon and vanilla essence in a bowl. Once the mixture is ready, add the soursop flakes and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
