Peruvian gastronomy is a fusion of flavors thanks to its multiple raw materials. Listed as one of the best worldwide. Peruvians are characterized by a drink: THE PISCO, which has been known internationally for its cocktail, the pisco sour. This is their signature drink.
GASTRONOMIC NOTE
The program can be adjusted according to the level of gastronomic demand, professional of the union or if it is a pedagogical outing for gastronomy students.
Día 1 – Llegada Trujillo – Perú
A tu arribo personal de la agencia estará esperándote en el aeropuerto. En horas de la tarde realizaremos un recorrido por los principales atractivos turísticos de la ciudad finalizando con una cena de bienvenida en restaurante del recorrido.
Día 2 – Chan Chan – huaca dragón y huanchaco
Desayuno en el hotel. En horas de la mañana pasaremos a recogerte para realizar un recorrido al norte de trujillo a Chan Chan y la huaca del dragon. Almorzaremos al estilo gourmet y finalizaremos nuestro recorrido en la caleta de pescadores de Huanchaco, famosa por “los caballitos de totora” que son utilizados por los pescadores hasta la actualidad. En la noche disfrutaremos de una cena en uno de los restaurantes del recorrido.
Día 3 – Retorno a Lima
Desayuno en el hotel. Mañana libre para actividades personales. Almorzaremos en uno de los restaurantes del recorrido y nos desplazaremos al aeropuerto para tomar el vuelo de regreso a Lima.
