Shrimp in curry sauce with cimarron cilantro

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. shrimp, deveined and cooked
  • 1 tablespoon curry
  • ( go to the recipe of shrimp and chontaduro kisses for the sofrito del pacifico )
  • 1 cup milk cream

Preparation:

Once you have the sofrito del pacifico on the stove – without diced shrimp – add the curry, the cream and finally the shrimp so that they take the flavors of the sauce.

Serve with coconut rice in the Pacific style, i.e. white. You prepare it by substituting one cup of water for coconut milk for each cup of rice.
