- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1 cup cream cheese
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup finely chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Peel the sweet potato and cut it into French potato sticks. Bring water to boil and add the sweet potato sticks. Let them boil until their texture changes and they are softer without being too tender like pureed.
Remove from heat and let them cool. If you don’t want to eat them all, you can freeze them and use them at another time.
Once they are cold, place them in the oven or air fryer at 200c for 10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
While they are baking, proceed to prepare the dip. Mix the cream cheese, milk cream, finely chopped chives, salt, pepper, adjust and we are ready to serve.
